Cris and I been watching our wedding video..we watched it few times and more to come. Its just so unforgettable.we felt like its so real..the whole family watched it too, and everyone loved it. They love how u did it. You did such an awesome job. You are pro! Lol no lie. U really did a very good job. Parents loved it too. The quality and sound are so perfect. I was referred to Lenny and Ellen just days before their wedding and I immediately began to see the kindness and love they not only have for each other but for everyone around them including all of their neighbors who just right away, clicked with them. What a huge traditional wedding with a mixture of Hawaiian and Latin pride. They are what I like to call "the Golden Couple" they couldn't possibly find a more perfect match for each other. I worked along side Photographer Paul Cichocki from LasVegasPix.com who I consider over qualified for his work. It was a very busy day on the strip which kept me on my toes following them around various places but I love the challenge since passion and inspiration is what drives me.

It was allot of fun filming their wedding. I worked along side Photographer Todd Wilson of www.Wilson702.com. When I see David and Susan together I see two best friends hanging out which of course makes any couple's relationship an interesting and fun relationship. Very easy going, David provoked laughter by generously offering his guests some tap water but with flower in it. Susan retained lessons from a professional florist and designed her own flower decorations. At the end of the day one thing's for sure. They were "lucky to have been where the have been."

With very limited time to shoot, this was truly a challenge but never a challenge I can't handle. Sean and Leslie married April 3, 2010 and wanted to shoot this video on their last day here in Vegas before prepping up for the plane. With less than an hour left to shoot, we decided to take shots at a second location down the street and man was the strip a parking lot during Easter Sunday. Can you say "Time Management"? Even during the rush, Sean mentioned that he could do this all day and Leslie smiled in agreement so it was smooth sailing and without further ADO here is the short version of their video.

An elegant video production filmed at The Grove. What a wonderful chapel with on-site DJ and Photography on demand. This was a 9 hour shoot (+ rehearsal) filled with multiple fun events that took place that evening. Brenda and Thomas retained lessons from a professional Dance Instructor and put their new skills to action on their first dance. Thomas tricked Sr. into putting the garter onto a beautiful single woman's leg blindfolded, Brenda and Thomas walked through the tunnel of love formed by everybody in the hall and just when you thought the nigh was over, the entire bridal party with friends and family held hands surrounding Brenda and Thomas for their final slow dance of the evening.

Testing the new HX5V Cyber-shot
Perfect to take with on a vacation! As Sony claims "Maxed-out performance in a compact body" and it being just $349 I just had to feed my sense of curiosity. With its AVCHD format video with up to 1920x1080 resolution at 60i, the results were pretty impressive for both pictures and video for a pocket camera. Audio was poor but that almost washes with the wide angle lens which yield much more interesting moving shots in certain places.
Just weeks after uploading this on Vimeo someone actually saw the video, bought the camera then thanked me for the video....Hey you can thank me later just rmember me when I make my next purchase Sony guys.

Yet another destination wedding! I worked along side Pahrump Photographer Kasey of www.kcbeephotography.com It started off at Pahrump, Nevada where Kevin and Lacey prepped for their unique ceremony at the dry lake bed of Badwater, California. Badwater is located right off the edge of Death Valley and it was a good 104 degrees that day. Kevin and Lacey flew all the way down from Illinois so the heat wasn't gonna stop them from tying the knot. And before we knew it the newlyweds were off in their yellow Corvette racing back to Las Vegas where they topped the night off with dinner at PH. What an interesting couple if you ask me.
We got the DVDs and LOVE it! It is something I will watch over and over again! :) Great job on it, and thank you so much.

Families full of fun characters makes a day full of funny, jokes and laughter. Can a wedding be any more relaxed than it was for these newlyweds. Everywhere I looked something funny was happening. Some I didn't catch onto until editing. And some perhaps too funny to put on here as Nancy and Kekoa were going around the tables greeting everybody...they know what I'm talking about.
I got to meet Photographer Mike L. from www.mikelphotos.com. It was a pleasure to be apart of their wedding and to work along side Mike L.

Cesar Hidalgo Ramirez Master Tobacconist and creator of The Bariay 1492 Cigar spilled his heart out reminiscing about the good ol days in San Francisco as he rolled away his famous cigars. Then when he discovered I was raised in the bay area we immediately clicked. Meantime the newlyweds wedding celebration carried out strong and unobstructed until midnight. Pat got a little tipsy at the end of the night but Christine was there to demonstrate her role of a well balanced relationship if you will. Hey who says you can't party like there's no tomorrow especially if the reception theme was 80's rock. At the end of the day it was clear that while filming and seeing them look at each other you can see the energy of comfort and love or any definition of which that would still be an understatement of an unexplainable moment. Like breathing under water.

We were given the task to film an outdoor ceremony in an expected storm system that was moving in from the west so I came prepared but luckily it was sunny as far as the eye can see. Randy and the guys showed their funny side as they were goofing around at the red rock casino and pre-photo session. Randy lost the ring which almost got him in trouble because lucky for him someone was looking over his shoulders and he actually found it back at the Red Rock. Lori and the girls displayed flawless poses thanks to Photographer Kira from TSL Photography who I highly recommend to anyone. 11:30pm, we're back outside and still no storm, everyone got their sparklers ready and lit up the isle that the newlyweds ran down for one last kiss before leaving everyone behind in their brand new Camero. A well planned out wedding!

We found Elegant videos (ray) on this website weddingwire.com. We feel very lucky that we found Ray. He was very nice, professional and easy to work with. I really appreciated his quick response to any questions we had. Ray even showed up on the day of our rehearsal to scope out the venue, even though it was offered, he didn't have to, but he showed up. It gave a reassurance that we hired someone with great professionalism. It showed that he really wanted to make sure he was familiar with his surroundings. So the day of the wedding he showed up bright and early from bride/groom and bridal party getting ready, bride meets groom, ceremony, and reception. He was there for an all day event from start to finish. He had told us that it may take about 2 months because he had other projects he had to complete first, which we didn't mind at all. We had left for our honeymoon the next next day I received a text from Ray saying that he prepared a trailer of our wedding. I was so excited to see and it came out so good and it was something to hold us over until the full video was completed. I really enjoyed the trailer and must have watch it more than 100 times. We finally received our full wedding video and we are very content with it. I would recommend Ray with Elegant Videos all the way!
